Start with practical tasks such as organising information, reading data and preparing reports. Explore tool use, result checks and workplace application. For AI, practise clear task descriptions, checking outputs and identifying where human judgement is needed.
Tools, accounts and equipment are specified in advance. Use public or authorised classroom data, not customer or employee records. Software purchases, account licences and system deployment are not included by default.
