Getting started

Can we contact you about recruitment in China?

Yes. Key appointments in China are our core business. Tell us your industry, role objectives and actual work location so we can discuss the search scope.

Can we start with just one role?

Yes. Describe the work, key relationships and essential requirements for a single key appointment. We will discuss engagement arrangements after reviewing the need.

What if we do not have a full job description?

Start with the business context, the problem the role will solve and the location. We can clarify responsibilities, candidate requirements and interview arrangements together.

Which service suits several simultaneous hires?

Key positions may need individual searches; ongoing recruitment or a hiring drive may suit RPO. Clarify priorities, your existing recruitment resources and the stages where you need support before choosing the service mix.

Can we discuss China and overseas teams together?

Yes. List each role's responsibilities and actual location. China-based roles are scoped locally; overseas local hiring and relocation searches are assessed by country and role. Any overseas RPO arrangement is defined on that basis.

Scope & arrangements

Does cross-border recruitment include visas, employment contracts or payroll?

Cross-border recruitment covers sourcing, candidate discussions and coordination up to the start date. Work permits, contracts, payroll and tax matters are handled by the employer and relevant specialists, with responsibilities and handovers agreed in advance.

How does workforce planning differ from management consulting?

Workforce planning considers required roles, existing capabilities and the order of hiring and development. Management consulting examines responsibilities, rules and processes. Where both apply, we define separate activities and deliverables to keep the scope clear.

Are compensation analysis, background checks or additional assessments included?

These are not included by default. We first clarify the purpose, then confirm availability, professional requirements, information needed and fees. General recruitment discussions do not imply a separate specialist service is included.

How are fees and timelines agreed?

They depend on scope, location, recruitment stages, available information and your team's participation. Fees, payment milestones, plans and change procedures are agreed before engagement, rather than inferred from a standard timeframe or past project.

Who makes interview, hiring and staffing decisions?

The employer makes professional assessments, formal hiring decisions and internal staffing arrangements. Consultants provide agreed information, coordination and advice. Assessment and advisory findings inform those decisions; they do not replace them.

What if our requirements change during the project?

Identify the roles, responsibilities or timing that have changed. We review completed work and new priorities together, then agree any changes to scope, fees and next steps.

Do you guarantee a start date or a replacement hire?

Progress depends on role conditions, candidate responses, interviews and hiring decisions. Service periods, follow-up and any replacement terms are agreed for the specific engagement.

Information & candidate enquiries

What information is needed for the first enquiry?

Start with your business context, question, work location and contact details. Employee records, personal assessment results and complete CVs are not needed in the initial employer enquiry form.

Does sending an enquiry commit us to a service?

An enquiry helps us understand your needs. Scope, fees and responsibilities require further agreement. Opening an email app or copying a summary does not mean your enquiry has been delivered.

How do I apply as a candidate?

Visit career opportunities and check the role's status and application instructions. If its status is unclear, check first before sending your CV. Individual applications do not require a company name.

Do I need to buy a CV review to apply?

A CV review is optional and is not required to apply for a role. CV services help you present your real experience; scope, fees and arrangements are agreed separately. They do not guarantee an interview or a job offer.

How do I enquire about CV support?

Explain your target role and the questions you want to address, and identify your message as a "CV support enquiry". Use the listed candidate contact number to discuss arrangements and confirm how to send files.

How will my information be used?

Read the privacy policy and the information provided at the relevant contact point. Before sharing materials, ask about the recipient, purpose and required scope. Do not include unrelated personal or company information in an initial enquiry.
